#246 · Videos: a Middle-earth canon tour, the source link on every end card, tours recaptured with the ruler fixes

Follows #243. **A new Video 7, "Tour: keeping a canon (Middle-earth)"**, for people who maintain a canon: authors of long series, lore keepers for games and editors of fan chronologies. It sits between the story tour and deep time, so the videos after it are renumbered 8 to 11. - It shows an unofficial chronology of Tolkien's legendarium, from the Years of the Trees to the Fourth Age, built in [`samples/middle-earth.mjs`](publicity/video/samples/middle-earth.mjs). - **Its own reckoning:** a custom time display prints and parses "F.A. 510", "S.A. 3441", "T.A. 3019", "Fo.A. 120", with ruler steps of months, years, decades, centuries and millennia. - **Which book says what:** every event is tagged by its book. - **Uncertain dates:** First Age events note, through Dating context, that their years come from the later annals. - **The One Ring:** one thread, linked across three Ages. - **The Shire calendar:** the War of the Ring keeps its Shire Reckoning dates through Historical dates ("S.R. 1419, 25 Rethe"). - **Rights:** years come from the published chronologies, and the notes are short summaries in our own words, with no quotations, maps, artwork, film imagery or logos. The end card says it is an unofficial fan chronology, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Tolkien Estate. - It has a look of its own, **Lore**: deep forest green and gold. **The source on every end card:** `github.com/openchronology/timeline-app` (Video 4 already showed it). **Tours recaptured with the ruler fixes** of #244 (fixes #241) and #245 (fixes #242). The captures were made with an editor built from both, so **merge those two first**. - Deep time (now Video 8) stays in millions of years all the way down to the second, reading "Δ 10 s … Δ 14 s", then switches to dates on arrival, as first planned. **Fixed:** the sample helper dropped the Historical dates fields. **The series plan, READMEs and scripts** are updated for eleven videos: the new script, renumbered references, the end-card source line, and runtimes from the scratch narration. All eleven videos are rendered again: about 21 minutes in all, every cue found. `npm test` passes (301), including the contents checks.
