How OpenChronology was built

Every merged pull request of openchronology/timeline-app, its first week of commits and its releases; and before them the 2020 PureScript editor, from snapshots of its deleted repositories in the Wayback Machine. Written to this server through the HTTP API.

#275 · The videos' wordmark uses the new logo (#274)

Closes #274. `wordmark()` in `publicity/video/common/core.js` drew the ◷ glyph beside "openchronology" on every video's end card (and the shorts' end card). It now draws the new logo on its dark green tile, through a new `logo()` that matches `logo/logo.svg`. The tile reads on every look's background, light (paper, archive) and dark (terminal). Stills of Video 1's and Short 3's end cards were checked. The captured app shots aren't recaptured. They're recorded in full screen, which hides the app's header and its logo. Recapturing would also move the timeline (it's now centered, #253) and its duration rows (#269) out from under the overlays several videos place at fixed captured pixels. All 19 videos are re-rendered locally with it. The MP4s are git-ignored.
