How OpenChronology was built

Every merged pull request of openchronology/timeline-app, its first week of commits and its releases; and before them the 2020 PureScript editor, from snapshots of its deleted repositories in the Wayback Machine. Written to this server through the HTTP API.

#291 · The footer is centered and links to the GitHub repository

Closes #276. - The site footer (`platform/app/layout.jsx`, `platform.css`) is centered at every width, with a little more line height for when it wraps on a phone. - A **GitHub** link to https://github.com/openchronology/timeline-app sits beside **Source**. There wasn't one before. - The build label is kept on one line where it fits: on a phone it used to break between "v0.8.1" and "(modified)". A long development label can still wrap. - `test/next-platform.mjs` checks for the GitHub link. Checked with screenshots at 1280 and 390 px wide (Playwright, Chromium). `npm run build` and `npm run test:platform` pass. `npm test` passes except the README-contents check, which only tripped on the worktree's `node_modules` symlink, not part of this change.
