#310 · Two fingers hold the timeline; size has its own buttons

Closes #309. - **Touch never resizes.** The two-finger "resize" mode, chosen when the fingers were stacked more than 60° from horizontal, is gone. - **Two fingers hold the timeline.** The zoom factor comes from the fingers' *horizontal* separation, so the times under each finger stay under it, and the contents follow the fingers' midpoint up and down. Fingers less than 40 px apart sideways when the second one lands can't hold a span of time, so they pan; the separation is floored at 4 px while pinching, so a near-closed pinch can't jump to an instant. - **Size buttons:** **A−** and **A+** in the timeline toolbar, beside − and +, scale by 1.25 around the middle of the stage (20%–300%, as before). Ctrl-scroll still resizes on a desktop. **Fit all** still restores the normal size. - `docs/plugins.md` describes the new behaviour. The `vertical-pinch` benchmark scenario is kept; it now measures a two-finger hold. Tests: `test/browser.mjs` (Chromium's real multitouch) now checks that stacked fingers change neither the size nor the time span, and that A+ and A− resize without changing time. It passes locally in Firefox and WebKit. In Chromium the touch section passes, but the suite later hits the duration menu's Fit in view flake, filed as #308, which also happens on main. `npm test` passes apart from the README check on local agent worktrees.
