#320 · The UI gate allows keyboard zoom 2× its budget until it is profiled

  • timeline-app
  • pull request

Refs #319, which stays open for the profiling. - `bench/ui.mjs`: a scenario may set `gateTolerance`, used instead of `UI_TOLERANCE` (1.5) when `--gate` runs. **keyboard-zoom** sets 2, so its CI gate is 300 ms instead of 225 ms. Rows record the tolerance they were judged by, and the "over budget" lines print it. - The product budget (`BUDGETS.view`, 150 ms) and every other scenario's gate are unchanged. - `docs/benchmarks.md` documents the exception and links #319. Why: since late October CI measures keyboard zoom at 246–262 ms (it was 166–197 ms) and it failed five unrelated runs on main and PRs. A local before-and-after showed no code change behind it.
