How OpenChronology was built

Every merged pull request of openchronology/timeline-app, its first week of commits and its releases; and before them the 2020 PureScript editor, from snapshots of its deleted repositories in the Wayback Machine. Written to this server through the HTTP API.

Closes #307. Closes #318. - **Video 12, "Timelines from AI and automation"** (3:05, Terminal look) and **Short 9, "I asked an AI to build a timeline"** (0:41). One request to an assistant, the Account → API keys card, and the real requests drawn as terminal panels with the key shown only as `och_key_…`: GET the document to learn the format, POST, a PUT against the current revision, and PATCH settings to make it public. Then the live Star Wars timeline in the real app, how to keep AI-made content reviewable, and a candid segment on how the app is built: AI coding agents (Claude and OpenAI's models), one maintainer who reviews and merges every PR, CI, and the #303/#304 fix with its browser test. No AI feature is claimed in the app, and the timeline is labelled an unofficial fan chronology. - **Video 13, "Investigations: from timeline to causal factors"** (3:08) and **Short 10, "Why did it happen?"** (0:43). An events and causal factors chart built on a made-up forklift collision: `process` events, a red `diamond` for the collision, conditions as durations, moment stacks for evidence, arcs, Separate all connected, causal factors in the Bad color, and Compare with the written procedure. Then review, history, export and privacy. A scene states where the app approximates ECF: a stadium for the oval (#324), a muted color and tag for the dashed outline (#325), and undirected arcs (#326). Sources (DOE handbook and workbook, the MORT manuals) are in Appendix D. - **Samples:** `investigation.mjs` and `investigation-procedure.mjs` (built `.ochx`), and `star-wars.ochx`, the live document downloaded through the API. - **Overviews and READMEs** list the new videos. Narration is the scratch voice, as for the others, and the MP4s aren't in git. Running `samples/build.mjs` today also rewrites the older samples, because the theme plugin in `dist/` is newer than they are. Those rewrites are left out here.
