Adds the three ECF plugins from #324, #325 and #326 to the official **Causal factor analysis** suite, which the CFAM edition installs in new timelines. - **Suite version 2:** Moment stacks, Moment shapes 3 (with the ellipse), Moment colors, Presumptive outline and Relationship arrows. - **Version 1 is kept as published,** with Moment shapes 2. It's still served at `/api/plugins/suites/causal-factor-analysis/1` and still recognized as official, so suite files exported earlier match. The library lists the newest version. - **Existing timelines:** adding version 2 to a timeline that has version 1's plugins adds the two new plugins and keeps its installed Moment shapes, since adding a suite never changes an installed plugin. `docs/plugins.md` says to reinstall Moment shapes to get ellipses. **Tests:** `npm test` passes, except the local-only README check tripped by `.claude/` worktrees. The full Chromium `test/browser.mjs` passes, including the suites, presumptive outline and relationship arrows checks. Typecheck is clean.
