#333 · Video 13 and Short 10: ellipses, presumptive outlines and relationship arrows

Updates Video 13 (Investigations: from timeline to causal factors) and Short 10 (Why did it happen?) to use the follow-ups that shipped: #324 (ellipse), #325 (Presumptive outline) and #326 (Relationship arrows). **Sample (`publicity/video/samples/investigation.mjs`)** - Installs Moment shapes 3, Presumptive outline and Relationship arrows, alongside Moment stacks, Moment colors, Rich text notes and Dating context. - Point-in-time conditions, including the collision's stack entries, are `ellipse`. - The horn, the picker's own account and the fatigue (a duration and a stack entry) are `presumptive: true` and drawn with a dashed outline. They still carry the `presumptive` tag, and they no longer use the muted color. - Each cause holds `arrows: [{target, arrow: "to"}]` pointing at its effect. The relationships themselves stay undirected. - `lib.mjs`: `m()` and `d()` now carry `presumptive` and `arrows`. - `investigation-procedure.ochx` is rebuilt, which picks up Moment shapes 3. **Video 13** - Scene 6 is now "Drawn as the method draws it": oval → ellipse, dashed → Presumptive outline, arrow → Relationship arrows. A note box keeps what is still true: - arrows are a drawing convention kept on the events; - links have no labels such as "caused" or "contributed to"; - Separate all connected doesn't follow the arrows. - Removed the "planned #324/#325/#326" chips. - Scene 4 now says the arcs have arrows from cause to effect. - Scene 5 says "marked presumptive, and drawn dashed", and its callout reads "a dashed outline". - Updated the production notes and Appendices B and C, which now cite `docs/plugins.md` and `docs/relationships.md`. - Re-narrated scenes 4–6, re-aligned, and re-captured every shot. The ellipses, dashed outlines and arrowheads show in the captures, and the callouts still line up. - Runtime is about 3:13, with no missing cues. **Short 10** - The drawn arcs and condition links have arrowheads at the effect, and the root cause is an ellipse with an arrow onto the shifts band. - The phone shot was re-captured and shows arrowheads and the dashed fatigue band. - Runtime is about 0:43, with no missing cues. Both videos are rendered and encoded. The MP4s aren't in git. `node --test test/contents.test.mjs` passes.
