How OpenChronology was built

#423 · The passkey browser test's sign-out ends on a blank page

Main's CI at 4b3ac53, the v0.16.0 release commit, failed in `test/passkeys-live-postgres.mjs`: `getByLabel('Username')` timed out on `/login` right after the test signed out. The same job passed on #420 and #421, and the test passes repeatedly locally, so it's a timing race on a slow runner. ## Cause The test's `signOut()` waits only until `/api/session` reports no user. The account page then refreshes itself through Next's router (`action('auth/logout')` → `router.refresh()`). If that refresh is still under way when the test navigates to `/login`, it can take the page elsewhere. ## Fix `signOut()` now finishes on `about:blank`, so nothing from the account page carries into the next navigation. This changes only the test. The test passes locally in the Playwright container.
