Plugin library
Official and community plugins add moment icons, colors, shapes, stacks and custom metadata. Open a timeline’s Plugins menu to install a definition or publish your own script. Definitions travel with timeline exports.
Popularity counts public timelines with the plugin enabled. Age uses first publication; bundled official definitions are treated as older.

Timeline background

Show one image behind the whole timeline, beneath any duration backgrounds. Set its address here in the plugin list: it belongs to the whole timeline, not to any one event.
Timeline theme

Choose the timeline's colors and fonts: its labels, its measure (the axis, tick marks and their times), the halo that keeps them readable over images, the default marker and duration colors, and a background color. Set them here in the plugin list; anything left blank keeps the usual look, and colors chosen for events still win.
